This long excursion leads us through the High Atlas on an impressive mountain road that winds through picturesque valleys and through numerous Berber villages and semi-precious stone vendors until we reach Tizi n'Tichka, the highest mountain pass in the Atlas at 2,260m.
Pick up at the hotel or Riad where you are staying and early departure from Marrakech, we will cross the High Atlas on the way to the port of Tichka (the highest road pass in Africa) where we will admire the peaks of the chain and the beautiful Berber villages with houses traditional adobe
We will arrive at the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, the most famous of these fortifications, it is a sandcastle bordered by blossoming almond trees, recognized for its extraordinary beauty even by UNESCO, which is located within the buildings that are world heritage sites. Ait Ben Haddou (the best preserved in Morocco); We will visit and discover the charm of its impressive Kasbahs.
Ouarzazate road This world heritage served as a natural setting for several films: Lawrence of Arabia, the Mummy, Gladiator... Then, we will continue to Ouarzazate to have lunch in front of the famous Taourirt Kasbah. Visit of the kasbah and return to Marrakech.
The excursion from Marrakech to Ouarzazate starts as early as possible (it is recommended) to enjoy the maximum of the day.
